Good evening, we have a large tv which we bought from John Lewis. Cost about £1200, It is great, no problems. BUT we do not know how to sign in to I Player, we do not really understand all the add ons, Netflix, Sky, Prime and using Catch up TV
Please could someone come and help me and my husband.
The engineer set up the system and never explained anything.
I hope this is not too small or silly but you would make two people very happy. It just seems such a waste, your help would be really appreciated. We live in Buckden
I would contact John Lewis see if they can help seeing as you bought it there they should help you
