Problems with my Toshiba L64 series TV. Following two recent outages with our Fibrus broadband, our tv was no longer able to detect our EERO router, despite showing a strong broadband signal. So no smart tv functions. I have tries everything suggested on line to fix. No joy. I have tries to reinstall the tv on numerous occasions and now can’t get out of the reinstallation menu. If you go forward, it just tells you it cannot detect the AP and to re-try. If you go back it won’t leave that menu. Can you help?
